Improvements in the New Medical Sheet 

• All medical information is on one page.
• No formatting restrictions on inputs or outputs.
• Inputs appear on the reports automatically capitalized other than the email address (which will always be in lower case)
• Formatting of font, borders, row height or background can be changed by the user.
• There are four reports available to print - the medical information sheet, a wallet reference card, emergency information (ICE) cards, and a time of day listing of medications.

In addition, there are now also two tools available

• Appointment sheets (that can automatically fill in Medical Professional name, address, and phone number), as well as space to log date, time, and questions for the appointment.
• Space to record any medical event for reference in the future.

A picture gives medical professionals confidence about the individual and information listed. If you would like to include a personal picture, paste it in the "PIC" worksheet (an unprotected sheet) and then copy it to any desired location on the reports/cards.

After a great deal of thought I decided to lift the password protection on each worksheet. They are still protected, but not password protected. You are encouraged to keep them protected (I know I do) to keep the programming working properly. But you can now CAREFULLY make changes you desire (after hopefully saving a working copy as backup). It is is going to be your program. You deserve to do with it what you want!
